About Me

In December of 2013, I graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, located in Syracuse N.Y., and in March of 2014, I became a New York State licensed Massage Therapist. While at school I became proficient in a variety of techniques, including; Swedish, chair and pregnancy massage.

 I have gone on to study techniques in deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and have become certified in kinesiology taping and myofascial cupping. I use a variety of techniques to melt away your stress and help you relax. My other specialty massages include working with hot stones as well as aromatherapy and I have also been certified as a level 2 reiki practitioner.

I  started my journey working with clients at a local chiropractic office and after two years I decided to make the move into the spa industry which has allowed me to expand my menu of services. I am now located within Urban Nature Spa and Salon at 159 Mullin Street in Watertown New York.
